To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 沒食過如此難食噶豬頸肉,咬落去好似麵粉完全唔彈牙。勉強食左兩塊,真心好難食。平時去其他泰國越南餐廳差唔多每次都會試豬頸肉,即使醬汁或味道各有唔同,豬頸肉至少都是比較彈牙,從來都未試過有豬頸肉會軟lum lum,咬落去好似咬麵粉咁。而且豬頸肉仲要係廚師推薦......真是無語...鹵水豬手份量非常大但味道只是普通。座位比較寬敞服務人員亦比較積極招呼,雖然菜單上面菜式看似吸引但味道和用料實在一般。唔會再試亦唔推薦。

鹵水豬手份量非常大但味道只是普通。

座位比較寬敞服務人員亦比較積極招呼,雖然菜單上面菜式看似吸引但味道和用料實在一般。
