To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

#泰基隆 @foodiehck2022一直都冇點食過海南雞，原因之一係真心搵唔到值得推介既店，好食既又唔算平，平既又講唔上好好食，好難符合平靚正要求。今次終於試到依間，幾次行過唔係冇開就係太多人，今日下午點幾先到，店內唔算多人，就試吓依度既海南雞飯得唔得，跟杯熱花茶，$52。結果同預期一樣，都係不過不失。比較大問題係個飯完全唔熱，甚至有點凍😓 不過味道係幾好，都有油飯香。醬當然係泰式醬，都幾大碟，味道都夠惹味。雞肉多數係雞胸加翼，唔算鞋口，本身都有底味，可以接受。跟咗一碗湯，係冬瓜，依碗湯就夠熱啦，正好可以解辣。杯花茶其實冇乜特別，純粹試吓。整體份量都算大碟，飯同雞都夠多，係個飯唔熱就差咗少少。泰基隆深水埗基隆街241號地舖#深水埗 #海南雞飯 #港飲港食平靚正
