同朋友行完街,朋友介紹,book咗呢度食omasake,餐廳是上樓的,因為每日只招呼少數客人,所以最好要book定位。師傅係日本人,難怪每一度菜都咁認真製作,即握壽司,食到個一樣先整,即整即上,所以d紫菜仲爽脆口,師傅每次上菜都會介紹一下。食咗如下,掛住食記唔哂:1) 左口魚2) 深口池魚3) 深口池魚belly4) 鯛魚乾 + 鯛魚5) 青魚 + 薑6) Scallop + miso7) King Crab毛蟹8) 北海道馬糞海膽等等 ...每一個都賣相好日系,好靚,味道好新鮮。
