經常路過鎰澧, 總會被貼係窗口嘅南乳吊燒雞彩圖吸引, 不過成舊水半隻雞, 赤貧線下生活嘅我總覺得有D肉痛 (孤寒就真啦!) ....今次入去幫襯, 望完成個 menu 都唔知食咩好, 結果.... 肉痛地叫咗個南乳吊燒雞....再點咗個肉鬆蒸水蛋.我對吊燒雞要求唔高, 皮脆, 肉嫩, 唔肥.以上三點,鎰灃絕對達標,而且無話燒到過火變得太深色,雞肉點咗南乳汁,甜甜地更惹味!原本蒸水蛋技術唔太巧,嘗試過幾次之后都叫做可以接受,但總係無餐廳蒸得咁滑咁靚.隔住個芒都睇得出,鎰灃嘅蒸水蛋,外面唔夠平滑有明顯水泡,慶幸入口仍然極之嫩滑而且蛋味足,只係蔥花唔夠多吧了.鎰灃無咩人客總有原因,過幾日去一條街之隔嘅七喜幫襯,南乳吊燒雞半隻都係90蚊咋!

我對吊燒雞要求唔高, 皮脆, 肉嫩, 唔肥.
以上三點,鎰灃絕對達標,而且無話燒到過火變得太深色,雞肉點咗南乳汁,甜甜地更惹味!

隔住個芒都睇得出,鎰灃嘅蒸水蛋,外面唔夠平滑有明顯水泡,慶幸入口仍然極之嫩滑而且蛋味足,只係蔥花唔夠多吧了.
鎰灃無咩人客總有原因,過幾日去一條街之隔嘅七喜幫襯,南乳吊燒雞半隻都係90蚊咋!
