To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

走入南坊，其精緻氣派又帶著濃郁傳統氛圍攞晒正！話唔定，我一坐落，一托開熱烘烘的小籠，鹹蛋黃蝦餃嘅味道着實撩撥住呢塊舌頭。咬落去，鹹香mix著蝦肉嘅鮮甜，真係得咁回味！鮑魚金盞同黑天鵝酥，老實講，佢哋兩位真係別有洞天。一個來勢洶洶有料到爆，一個則係外殼香脆，一嘴蓮蓉又甜又緻，食落去樂而忘返呀。蝦球大良炒奶，這個我頭三番四唸都唸唔厭，口感無得輸，滑溜溜嘅奶泡同新鮮彈牙的蝦球一拼，嗲到噴火！淋上龍蝦湯嘅大蝦，佢嘅出場方式簡直就是食物界嘅超模，光芒四射搶晒鏡。試過後，我個心諗，這就叫做賣相同味道拍住上！至於麻辣水煮星斑片，味道夠kick又唔過火，配埋辣得嚟又香口嘅脆米，一流嘅！最後，杜小月櫻花蝦炒飯嘅完美落幕，綿長嘅飯香同嗲滋滋嘅櫻花蝦場面深情款款，乜都講埋晒啱！總之，南坊唔單止食物出色，仲有份嘴角上揚嘅滿足感。搵日再嚟，定必再尋呢份味道，食慾滿分食評完結撒花🎉🍽️🎊！
