這晚約了友人聚舊,為方便她下班可快些到來,約她在離工作地點不遠的海光街,誰知她因加班也要遲一個多小時才出現。肚子餓得發瘋,多點幾樣試試,先來幾串沙嗲,雞和豬各三串,火路控制得好,燒得不乾,肉質幾對版,味道帶甜,沙嗲醬花生味濃,好吃!她點了海鮮喇沙,材料豐富,蝦,蟹柳,扇貝,墨魚仔,魚片,半隻蛋,同時有米線和米粉兩種,吃時口感特別,略嫌湯不夠辣,店員說下次可先通知加辣。我愛海南雞飯,雞肉幾滑,點濃豉油、薑蓉最好味,雞湯超濃,飯加有香料帶椰香味,整體不錯。加個肉骨茶,友人怕藥材味,點了新加坡版,以白胡椒為主要材料,這陣子又晴又雨,喝後渾身發熨,可驅濕,肉排煮得入味,腍身,白蘿蔔無渣,其實我較愛馬來西亞版本,嗅到鄰檯在吃,勁想下次來吃。蒜蓉炒韭菜花,份量超大,不老,很香蒜蓉味。友人愛吃榴槤,點了榴槤布甸,用了D24,難怪友人勁喜歡,夠熟夠甜,布甸無特別;我喝檸檬薏米水來消消暑。
