間中經過大埔超級城,見到這家近期開業的茶餐廳2.0,生意不錯。周日就和老公來吃晚飯試一試。南美燒豬仔骨 $158~豬仔骨肥瘦適中,皮香汁多,肉質腍滑。以鐵板上,份量超大,豬仔骨大大塊,薯菜也不少,包括蕃茄、翠玉瓜、西蘭花、薯條! 松露野菌帶子意大利飯 $98~意大利飯質感有别於一般,不黏口,帶子雖不算大粒,但有頗多粒,很足料。羅宋湯(西)、南瓜煲排骨(中),跟餐各加$10 是日餐湯~ 味道以蔬菜為主,適合清淡口味。香蕉千層雞蛋仔 $38~招牌甜品,底層是暖烘烘的港式特色雞蛋仔,有多片香蕉、還有雲喱拿雪糕、忌廉、 朱古力醬 、士多啤梨醬。材料豐富,份量也很大!屬於新派茶餐廳,環境較舒適,由於我們下午6時到,時間尚早,人不多。七時多後已滿座,門外有顧客輪候,生意不錯,繁忙時間宜早點進場。
