To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

印度素食，正！

我呢D食素o既15歲小朋友我諗真係好少見，其實我食素都係因為唔想肥，所以我就去o左聲稱話：「唔肥膩」o既雙辣屋，而且我中意食印度菜，真係估唔到！個餐牌竟然有素菜食譜，真係o岩呀！之後我就叫o左一個黃咖喱暑球同埋印度薄餅，之後又叫o左一杯印度雜果乳駱，我食o左一口之後覺得真係好正！佢o個D暑球係有D凐韌o既感覺，真係好食到…唔知點形容，同埋佢o晒印度黃咖喱又香濃惹味，配合鬆軟o既薄餅真係好食，而o個杯乳駱都幾好飲，同我o地o係出去飲o既乳駱有D唔同，呢度o既乳駱有種真係用牛奶去做o既感覺同埋佢加入o左芒果，波羅等雜果令到杯o野飲好有口感呀！今次都算係我食素以o黎食得最好o既一餐喇！
