我頗愛Tuna Tiradito,每次遇到自助餐餐廳有供應的話,一定多夾幾片,畢竟不是許多餐廳供應,較難吃到。酸醃吞拿魚因為有檸檬汁醃漬過關係,所以吃起來會比較酸美,但是這也沒有掩蓋吞拿魚本身的味道,反而是在檸檬汁的輔佐之下,讓吞拿魚的味道更突顯。

頭一次喝巴西口味的Carrot Soup,紅蘿蔔湯把紅蘿蔔自身味道發揮出來,不僅有著紅蘿蔔的自然甘甜,瀰漫在口中,尾韻還會帶點微微香草香,濃醇滑順,紅蘿蔔湯蠻耐喝的。

Tenderloin是朋友吃到之後覺得最喜愛的牛部位,牛柳牛味比較重一些,比較有嚼勁,外頭烤得酥脆,店員切下去的時候真的很會噴汁,牛柳品味起來咬感上相對地豐沛。

Rib eye的份量和厚度,可以看出Braza Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse的豪邁,肉眼外層焦爽,裡面肉色是漂亮的玫瑰粉,大口吃肉眼,肉慾橫流,那放肆吃肉眼的快感和飽嘴牛汁令人超級滿足。

我直接用咬的去除Prawns with cajun and garlic marinade的外殼,別忘了要吸一下蝦殼上的卡疆粉和蒜蓉調味料,居然不會蓋住蝦隻的甜鮮,爽彈的蝦肉讓人吃完很涮嘴。

我對Roast pineapple with cinnamon sugar頗有期望,因為我本身超愛吃烤菠蘿作為飯後甜品,而且菠蘿挺解飽膩,菠蘿果汁四射,玉桂糖將菠蘿果甜發揮淋漓盡致,甜滋滋的。

Braza Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse的果昔值得一喝,這裡果昔皆是使用大量水果來攪拌,保留更多水果纖維在裡頭,也保有水果香氣及營養在果昔裡面。Acai, banana and berries smoothie口味以巴西莓和莓果為主,香蕉則造就出濃稠的質感,喝上來層次十足,巴西莓香蕉莓果果昔酸酸甜甜又健康。

Avocado lime smoothie濃郁細綿,順口好喝,牛油果透出青檸輕柔酸美,有別於以往喝過的牛油果果昔,牛油果青檸果昔整體收尾油潤柔和。
