前排發現咗炮台山附近呢間居酒屋幾正,入到去個氣氛唔錯,個老闆亦會主動同D客人傾下計,今次小弟首次嚟到,整體食物都幾好,值得再去。前菜係芥末八爪魚,都幾開胃!小食點咗個極品小籠包,好有新鮮感,第一次晌居酒屋食到呢D野。小籠包可以揀蟹或蝦味,小弟就簡咗個蝦,個小籠包皮唔太厚身,入面藏有好多蝦肉。呢到主要係供應拉麵,點咗碗巨輪叉燒拉麵,係用豬骨湯做,豬骨湯帶少少鹹好惹味,不過拉麵就好似太過腍,講到最好食係舊叉燒,大大舊又厚身,啖啖肉呀。比較鍾意係燒物,燒冬菇一D都唔太乾身,食落裡面仲有D汁,即燒即食,幾好味;個牛舌好味到簡直無得頂,特別係老闆親自燒,火喉岩岩好,一D韌的感覺都冇,食落仲好爽口。仲叫咗杯青森縣蘋果汁,初初以為好似汽水咁,原來唔係,味道又唔會太甜,口感挺身,用嚟送燒物唔錯。

比較鍾意係燒物,燒冬菇一D都唔太乾身,食落裡面仲有D汁,即燒即食,幾好味;個牛舌好味到簡直無得頂,特別係老闆親自燒,火喉岩岩好,一D韌的感覺都冇,食落仲好爽口。
