To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 来到新蒲岗探老友新居顺便揾吃, 來到衍慶大厦附近, 見開了家新店叫UG elements有機農埸仲有新張優惠7折, 於是入去睇吓有乜野吃, 原來里間出名系吃有機雞煲和野生鱼鍋特色野。經理表示D野生鱼唔多, 而且系即叫即劏既新鮮鱼鍋, 我地就叫左個金雕酸菜鱼鍋, 因朋友唔吃辣就無加辣, 因系套餐另外叫左两碟涼菜黑木耳拍青瓜和两款鍋物有機疏菜和有機腐竹。落完單後經理送了两碗老火湯,飲完约15分鐘魚鍋已準備好了, 因系即劏预左耐少少估唔到都幾快, D酸菜味非常開謂,我地急不及待起筷, 鱼肉果然鲜甜美味, 吃埋有機菜和腐竹後已非常滿足飽肚, 埋單7折後285元无加ㄧ, 以即劏鲜魚来講算抵吃。見隔離吃紧椰子雞煲都好香, 下次ㄧ定要試。惟此店座位不多,走時見間店已滿座, 下次可能要早少少過来或預訂先有位。
