To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無食過焗豬排飯!金龍附近既茶記,飯堂又食厭哂,唯有出大快活轉下口味。又係燒味,咖喱,焗飯是但揀左份焗豬算,加可樂46埋單。。。早知行遠少少食譚仔講多無謂,焗飯類都係一早焗好,遞票過去就有得拎了。豬排好大塊,完全蓋過啲飯!飯係炒底,但蛋好少,而且比較多油,將豬排拎開,撈勻茄汁同飯就開吃了。飯比較乾食但油,好膩,另外欠缺蛋炒飯既蛋香,可能蛋太少了豬排好滑好嫩,煎過先放上飯面焗,味道無太大特別而且飯比較少,如果唔係多油比較膩,正常男士唔多夠飽的
