To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這晚的世界盃早場,只是瑞典對瑞士,無咩睇頭,不如出席飯聚,與朋友見見面,又試下玉庭新廚的手勢。 之前只聽聞換了新廚,卻不知道是那位,今天求證了原來是前沙田18的總廚倪師傅,那大可放心了。 兩圍人馬,好耐無試過咁熱鬧,最緊要係有人寫埋菜,唔使煩惱,多好。 一隻長碟放起三道小吃,軟滑的牛油果以蒜和醋增添了朝氣,黃瓜雖不是手拍,但來得爽脆入味,兩片叉燒唔會太韌。 豐富的餐單,總離不開湯品,是晚有甜到無朋友的黑蒜燉肉汁,以紫砂茶壺盛更有效保溫,多喝好養生。 三蔥爆炒牛肉粒,鑊氣夠,用上安格斯牛,肉味自然濃,不過未及鬆化。 這晚不乏名貴食材,幼滑的蒸蛋之上,是披著燕液的蝦丸,酒店配上刀叉,切切下才顯矜貴。 隨後的英鯧,師傅以爆炒形式來炮製,一切變得香口。 呢個蟹砵端上來,換來眾人嘩嘩聲響,無他的,氣勢真夠磅礡。蟹肉鮮,混埋蛋黃以及豆豉,吃得大家交口稱譽,最重要是蟹蓋的羔,教人將膽固醇暫時忘記。 甜甜酸酸的鎮香骨,來得鬆化,很對口胃。 骨香走撕雞,有如矜貴版本的西芹雞柳,懷舊菜式是也。之後再以濃甜的魚湯浸蕃薯苗,去中和一下。 蕃茄炒蛋這家常的東西,如配白飯作單尾,難登大雅之堂。師傅想得到以煎腸粉來

甜品之間,雪燕蛋白杏仁茶雖矜貴,卻不是重點,因為有更合我意的煎白糖糕,大愛!
