To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本想試kcal旁邊的雞煲,但見到門口貼住「只收現金」於是便轉戰西餐餐廳食客不多,大概只有4,5枱客人,所以無須等位。點餐後先端上餐包,餐包熱到辣手,配餐包的不是牛油,而是黑醋。相對牛油,我更喜歡呢種食法,女仔食量細,餐包塗牛油的話,主菜未黎已經有兩三成飽。相反黑醋的微酸更見開胃跟餐沙律通常較難令人印象深刻,但今次的沙律配上ham,就令我眼前一亮,誠意加分餐湯我選擇了忌廉湯,好creamy另一個加分位係餐廳提供多款不同口味海鹽,任顧客享用。不是單單的胡椒同鹽主菜我選了三文魚扒。肉質還可以的,但味道卻較淡,令我發現之前齊全的調味架的用處😂😂反而周邊的配菜幾香口,特別係薯仔
