Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又係掃街嘅時間啦！今晚响銅鑼灣行吓行吓又到咗駱克道，心想有邊間舖好耐冇去過呢？眼見"新記美食" 就在眼前，就去幫襯佢，今次叫咗魚蛋丶魷魚及生腸。仍然只係街邊嘢食，特別好味不可又唔見得到，但係懷舊風味仍然可以留在腦中，特別要提就係嘅魚蛋，魚蛋並不是彈牙和有魚味，最重要的是以前童年回憶的魚蛋，再加埋佢的辣汁，並不是現在常見的咖喱汁，而係以前剪辣椒做的辣汁，現在已經很罕有了。味道其實係好似沙嗲汁，但有辣椒碎在內，汁底是似茨汁這樣，回味無窮👍現在都難找到的童年回憶。
