.📍是蛋📍香港長洲北社街49號前座地舖呢間真係排隊名店🧐如果平時我真係多數唔想排,但又心思思好想試一試,所以最後都係屈服左😂不過又未到排成個鐘,不過都差唔多真·卡邦尼意粉(80hkd)呢款係比較heavy嘅卡邦尼,店員話完全無落奶煮,佢嘅濃稠感主要由蛋黃而來,所以更加有飽足感,調味整體偏咸少少,一個人食就會有少少🤏膩,2個人share就啱啱好喇😍松露是蛋炒配薯餅(60hkd)黑松露畀得都幾多,聞落好香,蛋🍳都炒得幾嫩滑,薯餅🥔係先切絲再用半煎炸嘅方法煮,所以唔會非常油,都夠香脆,不過一定要上枱即食,刻不容緩😂土製炸蛋(49hkd)外皮炸得好香脆,入面係扎實嘅豬肉肉餅,但肉不會乾柴,仲要配埋流心蛋😍真係無得輸,呢間野真係排隊都值得食🫣#foodiblum西式

松露是蛋炒配薯餅(60hkd)
黑松露畀得都幾多,聞落好香,蛋🍳都炒得幾嫩滑,薯餅🥔係先切絲再用半煎炸嘅方法煮,所以唔會非常油,都夠香脆,不過一定要上枱即食,刻不容緩😂
