一行四人行完城門水塘,近近地向荃灣千色半島食晚飯點個套餐幾百蚊都有好多嘢食海蜇小食入口彈牙,帶黑醋食好開胃竹笙海皇羮每人飲兩碗加點胡椒粉少少辣燒味揀咗燒三層肉,第一層酥脆金黃色皮,第二層肥油部分不油膩,第三層肉質軟嫩杞子豬潤浸時疏,湯底清甜,加上杞子作點綴有益又健康豬潤夠爽脆令我食指大動的黑椒粉絲海蝦煲大蝦大大隻已入味,再配上粉絲吸盡黑椒的味道 ,基本上成個煲係可以清哂的風味菜式豉油皇炒鵝腸,要令到鵝腸剛好熟,師傅的功勞真的功不可沒最後當然唔少得碗滋潤糖水紅豆沙作結尾
