To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週末到東薈城outlet逛逛，行到攰去咗依間酒吧餐廳歇歇，食客大多是外藉人士。餐廳環境充滿歐陸色彩好有渡假feel，地方大座位設有戶外和室內，樓底高好開揚，有部大電視可觀賞球賽在場甚有氣氛，牆身掛滿色彩鮮艷的壁畫，側邊有沙發位，坐低慢慢食好歎的。A Tavola Nachos $125相當大兜份量十足，突然小食變左我地主餐。玉米片厚脆口感實在，本身調味唔會過咸帶有胡椒香，有層馬蘇里拉芝士奶香濃郁口感柔韌，仲有牛油果蓉、酸奶油和莎莎醬，令整體味道豐富唔會乾食，加多$35有埋雞肉粒，口感就更加豐富啦~Asahi $35歎下食下玉米片飲下日本啤酒，爽呀，依種清爽微甜啱晒我口味。水牛雞翼 $118雞翼六件有埋沙律菜，雞皮香脆肉嫩有汁，配水牛城醬酸辣開胃惹味。Tiramisu $78都大件對得住價錢，忌廉軟滑蛋糕鬆軟，有少少咖啡味和酒香，食下ok！

相當大兜份量十足，突然小食變左我地主餐。玉米片厚脆口感實在，本身調味唔會過咸帶有胡椒香，有層馬蘇里拉芝士奶香濃郁口感柔韌，仲有牛油果蓉、酸奶油和莎莎醬，令整體味道豐富唔會乾食，加多$35有埋雞肉粒，口感就更加豐富啦~
