To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嗰日我朋友失戀，話想要食餐勁嘅嚟發洩。我就帶佢去盈館食到飽，晚市放題2.5小時由$198起，任食任飲，仲有自助食品飲品區。真係好抵。呢個套餐包含咗麻辣雞煲，味道係我哋仲可以接受嘅辣，辣度啱啱好且唔會好麻，每塊雞肉都超嫩且多汁。食完雞煲加埋湯就可以落配料食火鍋啦。我哋食咗美國肥牛肉，肉質食落去非常有嚼勁，再配埋麻辣湯底，味道非常鮮美。我哋仲食咗精選特製牛小排，擁有大理石紋，肉質鮮嫩多汁並帶有骨香，食得非常陶醉，連我朋友都唔記得自己失戀。我哋仲食咗手打蝦滑，外皮鮮嫩彈牙，內肉細膩細滑。蝦滑嘅香氣包含咗蝦本身嘅甜美，激發咗我哋嘅食慾，食到滿足為止。
