To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去開碼頭釣魚咁就食下呢間，佢餐牌超多野食，真係好選擇困難，今次叫左佢既韓式年糕同埋涼瓜炒蛋豪仔飯，呢個年糕卡食左2次，頭一次食清湯雞，今次試個泡菜味，佢既蛋偏生，年糕就好好食唔會un，軟軟地，想清淡輕食可以簡清湯，清清地幾好食 ，又唔會太辣，肥牛量多所以個湯底會比清湯多d油。一個人食係好飽，另外個個涼瓜炒蛋都好好食，涼瓜唔會整到黃哂，好青綠色，炒蛋岩岩好唔會老 ，蠔仔又夠量又唔會太細粒好好食，價錢都好正常唔太貴
