同屋企人出去食飯,諗住搵間酒樓食海鮮,朋友就介紹我去神燈海鮮酒家。去到餐廳時,爸爸話呢間酒樓好出名,喺佢後生嘅時候就已經有,嗰陣時係開喺旺角嘅。聽到佢咁講,即係我🈚️帶錯佢哋嚟呢度啦😆糯米炒膏蟹一打開蓋就聽到滋滋聲,真係新鮮滾熱辣🤩膏蟹好大隻又勁多膏,d肉好鮮甜。糯米飯味道啱啱好,而且仲有飯焦添~😋星洲麥皮蝦嘅大頭蝦隻隻都有返咁上下份量‼️蝦頭有膏肉質彈口,再加埋鹹中帶甜嘅香脆麥皮,非常惹味🤤就咁空口食都正😆叫咗1/4隻即燒乳豬過下口癮😆乳豬皮唔會好厚,燒🉐️脆卜卜,而乳豬肉唔會過鹹,味道啱啱👌🏼懷舊菜式又點可以少得成個缽放落去炸嘅招牌焗魚腸😍蛋嘅表面同油炸鬼炸🉐️香脆,而入面嘅蛋仲keep到滑溜多汁👍🏼魚腸夠肥美,仲有叉燒令口感更豐富。我哋另外重點左一個幾特別嘅小食脆皮嫩鴨紅🦆以脆皮炸豆腐嘅方法炸小粒鴨血,外脆內軟。

星洲麥皮蝦嘅大頭蝦隻隻都有返咁上下份量‼️蝦頭有膏肉質彈口,再加埋鹹中帶甜嘅香脆麥皮,非常惹味🤤就咁空口食都正😆
