喺銅鑼灣唔知食咩好,search到呢間新餐廳訂位有八五折(以下價錢為正價)就同朋友一試,我地兩人獲安排坐四人梳化位,相當闊落舒適。Bacchus其實係古希臘神話嘅酒神,我地個位可以望到bartender調酒,餐廳燈光偏暗,枱上有一盞黃光嘅細燈幾有情調,好啱同朋友飲返杯,呢度仲有提供shisha~ (w/ 10% service charge)
🍽招牌慢煮法國黃油雞 Chef-choice Sous-vide French Chicken Supreme ($188)
雞肉唔算好嫩滑,但微甜嘅醬汁幾好食,朋友接收哂雞皮,話連皮食更食得出甜味,配菜有粟米芯、紅蘿蔔同番薯蓉等。

兩隻虎蝦彈牙厚肉夠新鮮,配煙韌嘅扁意粉,雖然食到唔少辣椒碎,但辣度一般人都接受到,酸酸辣辣幾惹味。🍽蟹肉可麗餅 Croquette with Crab Meat ($98)
可麗餅嘅外層炸至酥脆,個頂擺滿新鮮蟹肉絲,切開後係滿滿嘅奶油,邪惡又滋味。🥂The White Garden ($68)

🥂The White Garden ($68) 臨走bartender請我地飲呢杯signature drink,佢介紹有接骨木花、檸檬汁同紅茶,聞落幾清香,雖然味道稍甜但有檸檬汁中和返,食完飯飲幾消滯,唔想飲酒嘅可以試下呢杯。
