To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

困住冇得飛，個種鬱悶相信大家都好有同感..一年必去一次馬拉嘅朋友話帶我搵檳城嘅味道..真係咁勁？朋友帶左我去呢間寫住檳城美食嘅「馬拉公公」係商場foodcourt入面，價錢公道，即管一試各點左一個餐！雖然用即棄容器，但份量都算大方好食得辣嘅朋友點左呢碗紅卜卜，滿晒料嘅Hokkien蝦麵呢碗滲滲就係油麵溝米線啲馬拉回憶返緊黎料有：大片豬腩、蝦、豆卜、半粒蛋..麵唔會淋身，有啲咬口，豆卜吸晒啲湯，入口爆汁好滿足！因為佢嘅湯真係抵讚，辣味夠勁，但絕對唔會蓋過濃濃嘅蝦味！朋友估店主係用蝦頭熬湯! 下次返去問下店主係咪先(翻啅指數高)我就點左份Nasi lemak! 加炸小雞脾椰漿飯好香~~畢啖飯，加啲花生魚仔，再加啲正宗馬拉辣醬，nom nom nom認真滿足。炸脾仔熱辣辣唔會話好似擺左好耐咁..food court有咁嘅standard..其實我真係好感動幾啖飯，啜啖凍Milo...哇..夫復何求朋友杯薏米水都好正，清清地，唔會一味辣落去，成個set好滿意講真，掛住馬拉嘅你，一定要黎..(老闆娘話佢真係馬拉人，啲食材真係黎自馬拉..掂啦)
