To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又一台式咖啡店@浦東晉家門浦東晉家門有點似居盧, 一樣是位於太子區, 而裝潢是打著舊中國風的旗號, 置身店內喝著卻是西方的咖啡與食物,濃烈的衝突感油然自生。台式風格的咖啡店, 多元化種類的飲料是賣點,更有COCKTAIL供應甚是意想不到。因為想留QUOTA比甜品,原先想點澱粉質作主食的念頭就打消了,轉而要了份健康的田園沙律$58, 簡單永遠是最好的,KCAL也在我計算之內, 沙律雜菜只淋上了油醋汁, 輕宜健康留肚子食甜品。$68 buffalo wings, 其實唔辣,不過好香皮都夠乾身,用了芝士醬提香。紫薯草莓鬆餅$88 開了8件如花朵盛放開,配一球雪糕,要了綠茶 ,圍上了鮮紅又水嫩慾滴的草莓,草莓酸酸的正好用來蘸雪糕,也可令甜味稍降。中心夾了紫薯蓉天然沒加糖, 切開看到側面很好看,WAFFLE香脆可口 即叫即做,帶有淡淡牛油香及蛋香,雖然我只吃了沙律,吃了2/3份WAFFLE已飽了。是WAFFLE控好, 咖啡控也好, 定是只想來吃PIZZA意粉等美食,浦東晉家門會是一個新熱點。來到也不妨多欣賞那紅紅的情調,
