又同幾個邊爐友去尖咀開左無耐既小龍坎分店打邊爐,勁正! 因為好方便住係九龍既我。 一嚟到先點過鳶鴦鍋,有麻辣同埋蕃茄味嘅湯底再將鴨血同醉雞先倒入鍋中餚製。醉雞嘅肉質好滑嫩,當然麻辣味有一啲蓋過咗醉雞嘅酒味。鴨血好滑又唔易散,吸左湯汁特別惹味。朋友點左黃喉本身無味既黃喉係麻辣湯中滾20秒極度爽脆,辣得過隱! 牛立花,四四方方,一粒一口落鍋3分鐘撈上脂與肉香氣均勻,又嫩又香口! 鬼馬油炸鬼,唔知仲以為係炸豬扒香口小食! 即炸紫菜響鈴每卷都好薄脆,每口都疊上紫菜香氣,好味非常。尖椒皮蛋個辣汁帶酸好香,皮蛋係糖心既,一食落去就覺得好滋味。 其實我地都點左唔少火鍋配料,最後都食到飽飽,食物質素依然非常好。最後喺佢哋facebook打卡讚好仲送甜品, 我哋揀咗紅糖糍粑。 一上嚟見到一隻隻圓碌碌有啲似蠶蛹,好鬼得意, 淋上紅糖食落口煙煙靭靭, 細細隻又唔會太過膩滯, 唔錯。
