佢初初開時我已經去過,嗰陣時成間嘢得兩三檯客。嗰陣真係幾好味,亦睇住師傅好用心做燒物。跟住我 keep 住一個月去一次左右。近兩三個月因去旅行及工作忙而無去。早幾日再去,點知又加價又縮水。原本加價係 OK 的,因通漲影響貨價我都明白,但一來加幅幾大,二來用的手法好狗囉。以前我最鍾意食佢哋嘅燒牛舌,一串四塊好似賣 $28,每塊約 1.5 x 1.5 寸,而且都有番三分厚。而家加到 $32,每塊縮水到 0.75 x 1 寸,仲薄到豬頸肉咁,真係好離譜吓!燒雞翼仲衰。我唔記得加咗幾多價,都算啦。我唔記得分量,於是問個 waiter 一串有幾多隻,佢答兩隻。到上台時,我心諗佢哋去邊度搵咁細隻雞?乜隻翼咁細嘅?原來唔係,佢哋將一隻雞翼打橫切開來燒當兩隻!仲有無狗啲?碗和牛烏冬加到 $146 一碗!而且啲稻亭烏冬已經完全無晒以前煙靱的感覺。唔係差,只係普通料。但 $146 碗喎!淨稻亭烏冬佢哋都賣緊 $88 碗喎!咁嘅料?總之食完呢餐,完有有種「睇住佢大,睇住佢壞」的感覺。我諗我唔會再去了。
