To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一路都好想試呢間何車車車仔麵.今日經過附近,就一於入去試吓。有選擇困難症嘅我,喺度諗緊揀五餸車仔麵定十餸車仔麵,最後決定咗嗌十餸,見到佢有個小食叫醉雞翼,即係醉雞翼再炸,好似好特別,就叫咗一客隻試吓° 十餸車仔麵嚟到,全部啲餸賣相都好精緻,特別推介係佢個腩肉炸咗仲有孜然味十餸分別有腩肉,雞翼尖,紅腸,陳皮魚蛋,雞翼,豬皮,蘿蔔,腐皮卷,魚皮角,豬大腸,我要咗油面湯底偏甜啱我口味連湯都飲埋😂醉炸雞翼,終於上場,炸得外脆內軟,有酒香味好驚喜😂下次有時間會再嚟食,試吓佢個撈車仔麵😏
