To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

七月廿八日(星期二)是日同老公到上環搵食!行到機利文新街,又試試新食肆吧!\本身想試忠記,不過太熱,不太適合吃粥!於是吃源興吧!選來選去,我最後要了鮮茄牛肉米線加凍檸茶-$30老公要了是日午餐a:蒜汁雞扒司華力腸意粉加凍華田先來飲品,不錯!大大杯!鮮茄牛肉米線,茄湯沒有勝香的濃!也不錯!清清的,感覺健康!沒有味精!牛肉也有牛肉味!不是"那"到稔的那種!米線分量少蒜汁雞扒司華力腸意粉,是用碗盛著的!意粉很粗,可能炷過了!不過比想像中好!蒜汁很香!司華力是半條!怕老公不太飽呢!下次再試試他們的燒味!

鮮茄牛肉米線,茄湯沒有勝香的濃!也不錯!清清的,感覺健康!沒有味精!牛肉也有牛肉味!不是"那"到稔的那種!米線分量少
蒜汁雞扒司華力腸意粉,是用碗盛著的!意粉很粗,可能炷過了!不過比想像中好!蒜汁很香!司華力是半條!怕老公不太飽呢!

下次再試試他們的燒味!
