To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日同屋企人黎到牛涮鍋打邊邊~午市套餐68$既內容系一碟牛+任食配料/雪糕/汽水而我父親大人就叫左個海鮮一齊試下~湯底未到之前就出去筆左碗飯試試先~鰻魚汁既味道較淡~唔系想像中既甜炒飯而系鹹炒飯~(雖然都好味甜豉油湯底~ 湯底略嫌失色~ 甜度不及其他日牛涮涮店~ 而且冇生雞蛋配lol 配料十分新鮮! 選擇亦都比其他同類shabushabu鋪多~跟餐既一碟牛~雪花脂肪較少 , 涮出黎比較緊繃同乾 , 肉味比較濃 , 比較健康咁(?份量岩岩好~ 我啊妹食剩一兩塊就飽 ~ 我食完都夠喉~海鮮拼盆入面有兩隻( 蠔,蝦,帶子,魷魚仔 ) 帶子用黎涮始終唔系幾好-3- 父上大人放左入鍋之後 搵左好耐先搵到 因為已經縮到手指甲咁細~蠔幾新鮮@@~但我無份食QQ蝦涮完火鍋仲要除殼好麻煩lol 如果系已經除殼既會更好魷魚仔不過不失w 幾彈牙~底下d皇帝菜一放入鍋搞到成個鍋都系果陣味loooooool 好彩父親大人最後先放((不過佢話好好味雪糕系牛奶雪糕~ 但配料都好多~ 加上可以揀筒/杯~野飲有各種汽水以及果汁, 比起其他火鍋店可能更受小朋友歡迎~~完~
