To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶餐雞脾沙律凍奶茶 $46, 價錢貴都算了，雞脾又細隻（有圖），目測好似冇炸過咁，肉很乾不juicy ，奶茶是攞獎的，可惜都是一般質素，如何攞獎呢？另外，下午茶雪菜肉絲煎蛋福麵熱奶茶 $38，標明是福麵，心想必是超市裡有售的福字麵，但看上去不似，食落口都不似，沒有福字麵的味精味道，口感亦不似。雪菜肉絲唔香，非常失望，以後不會再食。我坐在近門口的位置，雙腳很痕癢，我懷疑有昆蟲咬…………這間大發餐廳都不會有下次
