To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 神之叉燒飯餐配時菜。首先,讓我讚嘆不已的是他們的叉燒。肉質鮮嫩多汁,入口即化,配上他們獨特的叉燒醬汁,味道更加香濃。飯粒鬆軟,每一口都能品嚐到叉燒的美味。搭配的時菜也非常美味,新鮮的時蔬經過簡單的烹調保留了原汁原味,口感清脆。冬陰功豬款骨拼和蝦球米線。冬陰功湯的味道醇厚,帶有微妙的酸辣味,豬款骨肉質鮮嫩,入口即化,令人回味。蝦球米線的湯底鮮美,米線彈牙,蝦球鮮嫩多汁,整體味道非常搭配。白灼芥蘭苗配海鮮和脆“嘩”奶油豬。白灼芥蘭苗的芥香味道和鮮甜的海鮮形成了完美的組合,給人一種清爽的口感。脆“嘩”奶油豬是我在這裡的一大驚喜。豬肉外皮烤得酥脆,內裡嫩滑多汁,搭配奶油醬汁更加美味。
