To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我一向都好鍾意食傷心酸辣粉，尤其係銅鑼灣嗰間，我住喺港島東，但係都會特登去銅鑼灣食，因為有一次夜晚去咗北角呢間堂食，我覺得真係好難食，完全係冇味的，湯冇味，粉冇味，口水雞好硬自從果次之後我就冇再喺北角呢間食，每次我都係去銅鑼灣。今次我用外賣app嗌外賣，由於我住喺港島東嘅關係，最近佢都係出北角呢間，今次呢餐我都係叫咗個口水雞酸辣粉，叫咗一碟菜，BB辣，我唔明白點解依然都係咁難食😓😓啲雞硬到乜咁，湯冇味粉冇味，我唔明點解同一樣嘢，同一個集團，喺兩間唔同嘅舖頭分別可以咁大，我真係好後悔喺北角呢間嗌左外賣，希望你哋可以改善一下。
