To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳既裝潢很懷舊,很復古的台灣風情~我們二人坐四人圓枱,感覺很舒適。餐具也很特別,每一枱也用不同的碟,很有特色!台式三杯雞 $88一碟的份量很多,雞肉很嫩滑,沒有骨。每一件雞都沾上醬汁,醬汁偏鹹有少少辣。味道較濃,所以送飯會比較好!古早味滷排骨 $75炸了的排骨再浸滷水。整體沒有很特別,因為浸過你關係,外層的炸粉完全唔脆。值得一讚係豬扒既肉唔乾!雞肉飯 $30完全不值得點。與白飯沒分別,上面只有極少量的雞肉和乾蒜。
