To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五約咗同在灣仔工作的朋友食lunch,揀咗呢間樓上的台式餐廳。餐廳位於唐二樓,地下的招牌不算起眼,若不留意很大機會會錯過呢!爬上二樓,門面已感覺到是走復古風格的餐廳,而內部裝修亦無令我失望,有種回到三、四十年前的感覺~ (以餐廳名字來說,應該是差不多六十年吧~XD) 感覺頗休閒的~午餐沒有包飲品,如要就自己加錢,視乎種類而定,大概加1X-3X元。我自己點了台式三杯雞飯,惹味而且份量不少。除了餸和飯外,還有一碟小前菜,是去皮的車厘茄及醃雲耳。車厘茄有點少酸,雲耳有些淡淡的醋味,正正常常。碗飯上面都有少少白雞肉,不過就無咩味。總括黎講,在灣仔外出食午餐有這個環境及食物質素,7x蚊真係唔算貴。

我自己點了台式三杯雞飯,惹味而且份量不少。除了餸和飯外,還有一碟小前菜,是去皮的車厘茄及醃雲耳。車厘茄有點少酸,雲耳有些淡淡的醋味,正正常常。
碗飯上面都有少少白雞肉,不過就無咩味。
