To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間鋪頭係灣仔一個隱密既唐樓,仲要上兩層樓梯,但是每日依然人滿為患,我提前一日book左位,先可以入到去。我地兩個人嗌左兩個送一份主食,本想試下鹹蛋白玉苦瓜,可惜賣曬,所以嗌左一碟三杯雞一碟辣炒水蓮,同埋一碗麻醬拌麵兩人share。我個人鍾意辣炒水蓮多啲,口感清脆,有淡淡清香。水蓮是台灣山野菜,平常餐廳好少見。三杯雞麻麻地,中規中矩無咩特色。最後黎既麻醬麵,男朋友呢類麻醬控給超高評分,睇來鍾意麻醬的朋友會超鐘意。我自己覺得有小小膩...總結來講,依餐都OK,餐廳既特色係仿古裝修,還原50-60年代既feel,燈光暗淡,出門時見到有不少客人合影留念。
