To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

八月中旬‧晴在灣仔區找地方跟煙民朋友喝一杯，原本大把選擇，但想要清靜一點的，就來了這裡。這裡分露天及室內兩邊，氣溫雖熱，但有點風，坐出面又好像是舒適一點的。倚著欄杆，看著下邊車水馬龍的駱克道在喝酒，感覺不錯的。酒方面，這裡選擇不少的，我還是想喝一口生啤。在當中十多個牌子中，選了在香港少見的Pedigree。口感較乾身，麥味濃香，感覺特別清爽。如果邊吃邊喝，我會選其他牌子，但齋喝不吃的，選Pedigree也不錯。佐口小吃是花生，味道鹹鹹辣辣的，十分冶味，酒未喝完一半，已要添加。幾位女侍應服務很好，值得一讚的。朋友喝的是樽啤，埋單80多，是很不錯的喝酒地方。看過餐牌，食物的選擇也不少，要找次來吃一吃。
