To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見米紙介紹，就過黎試下，不過無下次，味道是做開茶餐廳質素正常唔算特別，$41@1個早餐係合理嘅。11:26入單叫2個早餐，3吹4請之下半個鐘先叫黎齊2個早餐。你唔吹45分鐘都無得你食。鋪頭內1個收銀，1個執外賣，1個樓面，2個負責煮食同沖飲，加多個洗碗。中間等個30分鐘叫佢不停出外賣餐俾人送貨，咁對現場客人公平咩？茶餐廳係要快靚正，變到檯檯都吹欠嘢飲欠餐嘢咁，其實會唔會有回頭客呢，呢點真係佢老闆先知。🤡
