Vietnamese Salt & Sugar Reduction Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 應該是間新開的越南餐館，一看之後覺得裝修不錯，就像可以坐得舒舒服服的店便在下午茶時間過來試試佢，以為下午茶會平的，點知睇過過Menu之後又覺得無乜分別，咁不如叫返午餐食。本人叫左個生牛河，來的時候大大碗，份量算係幾夠多，配料都齊全。湯味唔錯，唔太味精，有點小可惜係，都係用河粉嚟做麵底，而且生牛肉係得幾塊，對我來講係可以多返1,2塊，味道算係不過不失。跟餐小食本人點了蒜茸牛油雞翼，來的時候已經唔係好熱，暖暖地啦⋯⋯又未至於凍gei.咁食落都幾好，好食但油左小小。整體來講不過不失，但就少左d驚喜同唔算好抵食。
