To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🤴🏻腸胃唔食得生海鮮，今次元氣出嘅新系列～～～松葉蟹祭～～～就可以同🤴🏻一齊分啦😊😊～～～螃蟹湯～～～喊咗啲，但鹹得來有海鮮味！當中嘅蟹殼內嘅蟹肉幾鮮😙😙～～～雙味松葉蟹丼～～～呢款就好睇多個好食，做到好迷你，勝在有個細嘅蟹鉗仔，俾你打吓卡，蟹味一般😀😀～～～松葉蟹豪快盛～～～建議一嚿飯配返一塊葉，好難同人分享😗😗～～～薯仔芝士年糕～～～芝士及薯仔味十足，油味同樣十足😅😅～～～焦糖奶凍條～～～黎到時未完全解凍，要等一陣！焦糖及奶味配合得幾好，唔會過甜😚😚～～～極上吞拿魚三點～～～好失望😔😔其中兩件望上去似啫喱多過肉，冇乜魚味同彈性，另一件就真係成舊豬肉咁，但油脂勁豐富好有魚香味，真係好難捉摸🧐🧐全餐最好味嘅反而係兩個甜品，但可以同🤴🏻分享都係一件樂事
