今次我地上openrice搵左間食日式串燒既居酒屋,呢間餐廳座位唔多,一列bar枱,可以睇到師傅整野食,仲有一張4人枱,另外仲有室外既地方可以用餐,不過我去當日冇人坐外面,呢度食串燒,有5種唔同調味粉提供🪭🎏燒鱈魚乾($48)燒魚乾就係一樣餸酒一流既小食,脆脆地點個醬食都唔錯🐟雞心($38)串燒店通常都有雞心食,所以我都叫番串,口感少韌又脆咁,幾過癮🫀雞頸肉($38)雞頸肉肉質嫩口同彈牙,口感一流🐥雞肉軟骨棒($48)佢係用免治雞肉整既串燒,配上月見汁,蛋黃漿包圍住食,好好味🐤提燈($48)提燈係限定既串燒,佢係雞既卵巢,非常特別,佢d波波好似蛋黃漿咁,口感似三文魚籽,第一次食呢個提燈,覺得新奇又幾好食🏮雞軟骨(胸)($38)呢個雞軟骨同平時食開既唔同,佢大大件,好脆口,比起一粒粒既口感更加有feel😋水牛芝士煙肉卷($48)呢個煙肉卷釀左d芝士係裡面,而入面更有紫蘇葉,紫蘇果種香味我好鐘意,同埋同串煙肉都好夾,仲有d溶緊既芝士撈埋一齊,幾好既配搭🧀唐辛子($38)唐辛子係日本既青椒仔,佢唔係辣,反而係有d甘甜🫛醬油燒飯團($38)燒飯團佢表面脆脆地,再落d醬油滲入去,幾好食🍙抹茶厥餅

呢間居酒屋既串燒都幾新奇,特別係個提燈,應該冇咩地方食到,佢地既雞類係咩部位都有,連雞既食道都有,不過今次冇試到,下次再黎試下其他部位😆
