前排媽咪食過尖沙咀呢間印度菜後讚口不絕, 極力推介我地去試試, 趁住丫妹今日放假, 今晚一於去食返餐。其實一向好少可係香港食印度菜, 直覺覺得地方同食物唔太衛生, 但今晚去過呢間餐廳後, 令我對印度菜嘅睇法有大轉變。原來呢間餐廳有50年歷史, 亦係米之蓮推介正宗印度菜, 環境不但整潔, 氣氛有如打卡餐廳般。話雖係米之蓮餐廳, 打開餐牌, 令人surprise就係大部份菜式, 百幾蚊就有交易, 而且款式多。入座隨即送上印度傳統薄脆小食, 可以食住等order咗嘅食物上檯。 【Mango Lassi】HK$65有如奶昔般質感幼滑, 每啖散發陣陣芒果香甜。【Guava Gil Gappas】HK$98來自德里最普及嘅街頭小食, 薄脆麵餅中加入了薯仔、青豆餡料, 下面有一小杯石榴汁, 將汁加入麵餅中再整個入口, 有層次得黎, 個汁味道香甜, 後繼有少少辣。 【Southern scallops】HK$138墊底茄子盡吸了菠蘿果醬, 好林, 帶子煎至金黃, 內裡keep為7成刺身滑滑口感, 鮮甜好味。 【Tandoori chicken (half)】HK$128春雞雖稱不上嫩滑, 但表面嘅香料
