我本來係九龍果邊住既,平日基本上冇咩事都唔會入元朗一次,不過今次咁岩個FRD係外國番黎,咪一齊入去元朗佢囉!到左夜晚想食飯,個FRD話係外國好耐冇食日本嘢,就貪個就腳,係樓下食左E間----瀛喜日本料理。通常食得放題都預左刷番餐魚生先,所以個人認為,身為頭盤既魚生,係決定左食客對成間餐廳的感覺。就好似人同人之間的第一印象,FIRST IMPRESSION好,食客或多或少都會對餐廳一好印象,之後食落去都條氣會順D。但放題鋪係任食既,以三文魚為例,要求佢下下比至靚既有油香既三文魚腩比客人食,又似乎有D強人所難。所以必須平衡,質VS量,E間鋪用既三文魚講真唔係咁TOP,但其實唔差,有中上水準,係放題舖黎講,係合格有突,ABOVE MEAN。我地幾個淨係三文魚,大大話話都食左近200切。 食完魚生就食壽司,又講真,放題E家嘢係食客角度,壽司可免則免,無計,因為限時任食,入得去一定想食多D先覺得自己抵架,人性。咁壽司,咪就係多舊飯囉,多舊飯呀!!!!大家都怕食埋舊飯會飽,淨係食舊魚生又怕人地覺得唔比面,比人話哂嘢,唔好意思,所以,壽司果張紙都唔係咁多人有攞起過。但我咁岩見佢有火炙壽司,

炸物----我淨係叫左3款: 芝士年糕、炸餃子、炸蠔。芝士年糕E樣嘢,係放題又係蝦人食既,無論點都好,佢都係膩既,食唔得多,不過我係年糕迷,次次見到年糕E2隻字,都忍唔住叫下,今次都唔例外
佢個年糕又係令人心動既,熱辣辣一擺入口就溶係口。芝士味係口入面四散,果個FEEL真係掂呀:)

至於炸餃子,E樣真係平平無奇,重點要襯熱食,凍左個皮會好硬,入面D肉又凍曬

炸蠔又係另一樣幾好食既,佢地D蠔都有我食指咁長,算幾大隻又夠厚身。但ED炸X炸X既嘢食,我最怕係佢太多炸粉,多到好似食粉咁,喧賓奪主,E間放題就整得幾好,加上蠔本身唔差,一啖咬落去,仲有D蠔汁滲出黎,成個口就即時充滿曬蠔既鮮味。齒頰留香

Other Info. : OVERALL都係一間有心又好食既放題,壽司果到真係太為顧客着想:)))建議大家都去試下
