To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

觀塘呢間金飯館係炒飯界都都小有名氣，今次約埋一班同事去試食，叫咗六個飯開心share1.招牌蝦頭油炒飯 $78-蝦頭油炒得好香，個飯仲有唔少海鮮，非常足料。2.即叫即炸椒鹽豬扒飯 $78-即炸豬扒香脆可口，椒鹽有少少辣，食落相當惹味，適合重口味人士。3.秘製沙嗲牛肉雙燶邊蘭王蛋飯 $78-第一眼俾橙紅的蘭王蛋吸引，蛋汁撈飯食一流，但沙嗲牛不過不失，唔算出彩。4.招牌脆皮牛腩飯(配金沙汁) $78-牛腩真係做到外脆內軟，個人認為比沙嗲牛出色。5.焦香煎焗龍躉球飯(配咖喱汁) $98-龍躉煎得金黃焦香，魚肉食落鮮甜，口感滑溜多汁，貴$20都值得，但注意配菜有一大堆蔥。6.龍躉斑肉泡飯 $88-吃完油油的炒飯，呢碗泡飯非常解膩，湯頭夠鮮。炒飯夠鑊氣，泡飯有驚喜隨飯附送一碟菜甫，少少辣好啱送飯。飲品方面推介手攪檸檬茶，已經調好味，唔洗督檸檬，啱晒懶人，除咗檸檬仲落埋青檸，檸味十足。炒飯要堂食，新鮮熱辣先最好味，不過建議避開平日一至兩點lunch time，都真係幾旺場
