Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到咁多好評，心諗，無死啦，一定會好食，唔會差得去邊嘅！咁我就滿懷期待咁走嚟買咗個海苔肉鬆bagel, 未食之前已諗定下次要買埋紅豆抺茶bagel同酸種麵包試，點知食咗一啖後，呢個念頭響腦海中就隨即飄到世界另一端，個bagel 咬落既唔厚實又唔煙韌，只係覺得乾同韌，感覺有啲柴皮，又或者可能係我無即場食，隔咗兩三個鐘頭先食呱....但即使係呢個關係影響質素，我都說服唔到自己再買多次嚟試，廿幾蚊會有更好選擇。
