To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六返完半日工，同同事去到佐敦見到呢間一直想試好耐食嘅新鮮咖喱牛腩嘅餐廳，仲要竟然唔使點排隊🤣即刻衝入去！。入到去見到裝修都幾蒲國feel 下，牆壁上掛左唔同而且好有特色嘅畫，而且牆上面啲主題係細細格磚仔，好有澳門feel💛枱同枱中間都坐得舒服，好少茶餐廳可以做到唔逼夾😚。🥔澳門咖喱薯仔招牌牛腩飯呢個係黃咖喱，椰香味重，香濃😚而且想讚一讚佢啲牛腩煮得稔👍🏻而且係用牛坑腩，唔會有筋腱太難咬，重牛味，不過攞嚟做咖喱有啲哂料😝。🍝川醬乾炒牛河今次叫左小辣，上枱嘅時候已經聞到好香鑊氣，個樣又好吸引，拿拿聲拎起筷子食返啖，哇哇哇！色香味俱全！首先，牛肉件數唔吝嗇，牛肉爆香！第二，每條河粉食到係鑊度炒到均勻，辣到啱啱好！💛

呢個係黃咖喱，椰香味重，香濃😚而且想讚一讚佢啲牛腩煮得稔👍🏻而且係用牛坑腩，唔會有筋腱太難咬，重牛味，不過攞嚟做咖喱有啲哂料😝
