Each item is made very delicately, and some are spicy but just right, like the pig intestine, beef tripe, and spicy duck blood. The salt and pepper chicken is excellently fried, with a perfect amount of seasoning.
Spicy Seafood Hotpot (Mild Spicy) $128
- The mild option allows the fresh sweetness of the seafood to shine through. The seafood is fresh, especially the shrimp and shellfish.
- The hotpot is rich in ingredients, with a great combination of vegetables, shiitake mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms, enhancing the overall texture.
