To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工同舊同學食飯,我記得大學時期佢最鍾意食茶木嘅甜品。呢日佢嚟黃埔搵我,就一於同佢重拾舊味😃,幫襯「茶木」。近年茶木嘅環境裝修愈變愈靚,行小清新嘅風格🌱。我覺得茶木係台灣新派菜嘅代表🇹🇼,就例如當年就係佢引入台式窩夫多士甜品。菜式食物選擇繁多,定價就屬中等水平啦。佢採用手機QR Code落單,方便得多。我哋嗌咗一個晚嚐二人餐👫($298),內容都幾豐富,包括一款小食、兩款主食同兩款飲品,另外仲可以追加小食同甜品。Teawood紅燒牛肉麵,呢個係餐廳嘅招牌湯麵🍜,湯頭濃郁,不過如果微微辣或許更惹味;而手作麵條闊度適中,口感富嚼勁。🥩燉牛肉有三大件,類似牛腱,帶膠質同咬口。同時,佢仲有幾大嚿蘿蔔🥕。烏魚子元貝手作麵,🍝依個有啲似台灣食到嘅意麵,麵質偏笠身,所以比較易滯。烏魚子口味嘅醬汁頗為特別,同明太子或蟹籽完全唔同,而嗰兩粒煎帶子就幾正,夠鮮味。台式滷味拼盤,拼盤由雞翼🍗、牛肚、牛𦟌、豆腐、豬腩片同溏心蛋所組合而成,除咗蛋之外,全部都有兩件。佢哋滷得入味,但少鹹。其中溏心蛋唔錯🥚,蛋黃做到不凝固、半流動嘅狀態。櫻花蝦花枝餅($58),🦑手打花枝餅質感彈牙,入面堅係有花枝肉,而且用上櫻花蝦

抹茶鮮果流心歐軟($88),晚餐跟配就平$10。老實講食甜品係今晚嘅重點😛,佢果然冇令我失望,多士盒造型超吸引呢!台灣稱呢款為軟歐包,餐牌介紹餐廳直頭連酵母都好考究,務求達至柔軟嘅質感。🍞平日食多士類嘅甜品好少會食得晒個殼,但佢外脆內軟,能夠將佢完全KO。

飲品方面,跟餐可享優惠價。🫖壺裝係有機臺灣高山茉莉龍珠茶(原價$48),唔係講笑,個茶真係勁好飲,好香醇。佢用上等茉莉花同高山綠茶窖香而成,味道清爽細膩。另一杯係木柵鐵觀音寒天奶茶(原價$38)加珍珠($5),🧋奶茶香滑、茶底唔澀,甜度適中,而珍珠同寒天就同樣好𡁻。

總括嚟講,呢餐我哋食得飽飽,鹹食水平還好,不過飲品同甜品就真係幾出色,佢個茉莉花茶實在令我念念不忘呢😌。
