今晚約左朋友食飯吹水,一行四人去左銅鑼灣一間充滿台灣情懷,簡直係華燈初上mode(入口有好久不見字)🤣。在紫紫紅紅的燈光下,坐位寬闊,空間感夠👍🏻,先來杯Summer cocktail(有威士忌、橙、菠蘿、檸檬)正😋,朋友叫左杯氣球小女孩,店員比演吹波波,幾得意👏🏻。之後來個蟹肉帶子蛋白泡泡脆米金湯,這個不得了,面頭的蛋白泡泡食落質感有如棉花糖一樣,湯濃厚加上脆米卜卜脆,堅正👍🏻👍🏻。滷水九孔鮑魚,賣相得睇,食落口鮑魚彈牙,滷水汁又正👏🏻,再來個鹽酥波士頓龍蝦脆角,用個透明膠盒子,幾精緻,龍蝦加上脆米餅及脆南瓜同秋葵,夠特別😋。之後是鐵板香煎鵝肝美國牛小排,鐵板旁邊有蛋圍邊,鵝肝香醇濃厚,不過唔好食咁多膽固醇高🤫,但最後都係清左碟🤣。八斗子炒飯,有隻大虎蝦放面,有氣勢,炒飯配上帶子、肉鬆,蟹肉等等,口感非常豐富,的確係食飯吹水好地方👍🏻。
