午飯時間,與朋友於天后覓食,這裡食肆林立,我們左挑右選,決定到台灣郎開餐。先點必吃的鹹酥雞,即叫即炸,熱辣辣上桌,金黃酥脆,味道鹹香,肉質鬆軟多汁,放涼後,亦沒有變乾,依然軟滑可口。台式香腸,煎得微乾,甜中帶點鹹,甘香油潤。台南魯肉飯,切至粒粒的魯肉,相比起肉臊飯更富口感,帶點肥肉,蘸上醬油放於軟綿綿的熱飯面,簡單的飽滿滋味。紅燒牛肉麵,牛肉厚切,中間帶點牛筋,口感軟腍間著煙韌,伴菜的紅蘿蔔炆得軟綿入味,麵條彈牙爽口,混著微辣的香濃湯底,開胃惹味。三十多度的高溫下,來杯冰凍的蜂蜜金桔,消暑潤喉。荔枝乳酸爆珠,強烈口感的爆珠,入口即爆,溢出糖漿,滿口香甜之味。
