 像藝術品的前菜💙,造型相當吸引!!! 有鱚魚新茶乾、榮螺旨煮、空豆、汁煮黄麻菜、鹿兒島水雲酢、酢鰻魚、素炸澤蟹🦀及 時雨煮和牛。當中我最愛煮和牛,味道帶甜,肉香濃郁。炸空豆即炸蠶豆,微鹹帶脆,配酒一流。

 期待已久的吉列A5和牛牛柳三文治😍,真的好好吃呀!! 軟嫩的牛柳,肉汁鮮嫩豐富,一咬下去,配上自家醬汁及香脆麵包(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎),大愛呀~

 矜貴的天使麵,有點像Fusion菜的做法。有海膽、梭子蟹膏及師傅自己曬的烏魚子😳,鹹鮮並重。

另一道令我期待的菜式,就是招牌壽喜燒啦\^O^/!! 大大片鹿兒島和牛西冷🥹,已經好吸引了~油花霜降,油密又均勻,入口不出所料,幼軟鮮嫩到不得了🤤!! 非常好吃!!!

章魚新生薑釜飯🐙,用特製陶飯釜焗煮的釜飯,飯粒圓潤飽滿,吸收食材鮮美,好吃~可惜飯焦已經清光,沒有機會品嚐啦🤣!

_甘味🍮 
甜品環節,有師傅製作的和菓子🍡、桃菠蘿🍍及日本西瓜🍉。每粒和菓子需花半小時製造,要好好細仔品嚐哦~ 

食物質素相當高,服務亦超級好。師傳用心烹調,又會搞氣氛,吃得好開心(≧▽≦)最高!!!
